- At the time of booking any service a 25% deposit of the total amount agreed will be due to assure the dates for your chosen service, this will be deducted from the full amount. The remaining amount must be received by me no later than 24 hours before I am due to commence work.
- Initial consultations and chats via phone call and email to determine your requirements are free of charge.
- £25 for a 30/60 min consultation in your home { plus travel costs if not local } to be paid prior to visit.
- £20 for 30/60 min virtual consultation, to be paid prior.
- I am happy to travel all over the uk, the cost of travel and overnight stays will be discussed at the time of consultation.I am happy to research and shop for items needed for storage or redesign this can be discussed and will be charged at my normal hourly rate the items must be paid for prior to purchase.
- My standard working hours are 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. My availability outside of these hours are subject to discussion. The housesitting is on a 24 hour basis.

Gift Vouchers
Do you know someone who would really benefit from my services? Why don’t you buy them a gift voucher instead of more things to fill their home. They make a lovely wedding or new baby gift. They last for a year and can be used towards any service. Minimum 3 hours [ £90 ] Maximum no limit.
